The beautiful thing about life is that we can share our entire life with the love of our life. Relationship often goes in cycle and needs to be balanced to have continuity. What and who is most important person in our life will drive the need to have a relationship in the first place. As all relationship, for it to work, we must be working at it constantly. This is a touching story of how I lost my best companion. Murphy and I had a strong connection that science could not explain. Since his introduction into the house we developed a special bond valuable than riches and rubies. In my childhood, I did not have access to television or internet. Murphy was all I had.
There is a time to be born and a time to die. The death of Murphy came suddenly at a critical moment of my life. Since then, I have lost many closed associates, friends and family but none can be compared to the massive loss of Murphy boy. Since his demise, I have found it difficult to pen his memories because it throws me off every time. I had to loose myself from all those hurts, pain, emotional blankness, anger and bitterness. I had to loose Murphy.
According to Mozart ‘Love is the soul of the genius’. As Homo sapiens we were conceived from a love conjunction of two individuals that we call ‘birth parents’. We were made in love and live for love. We crave for love and had to share love ourselves. Love keeps the human race orbiting. The genius in us is being called out when we are arrested by the divinity of love.
Since we are birth by love, we daily seek love. Before the age of social media, we seek to satisfy this crave for love by being vocal about it and making our intentions known by different cues in popular culture. In recent, the advent of technology has made the onerous task seem invincible where you can easily drive love by the number of text characters, type of emoticons and smileys in a person’s status update on a social media tool. I remembered when I was first introduced to UPS- unique selling point or proposition. It sounded like another cliché or the courier company. I have come to understand that UPS which also will mean selling point is basically your coveted strengths and harnessed opportunities. Your selling point is what unique potential or talent you have that differentiates from the other 7 billion people on this planet. How is that even possible in this copycat culture?
